This is part of a series of images, mostly Romany, Irish and Scottish Travellers collected from around the internet.  Many of these historic images found on the web are without citation.  When a clear link to a source is found, I try to include it.  If a source is known, please pass it on and I will gladly include it or remove it if necessary.

Great Minds Think Alike

An old but true sentiment…

I just found this guy on Tumblr and hope to see more great updates from him in the near future.  Maybe we’ll caravan together somewhere down the road.

cappy0From his blog:

“Cappy’s Caravan will have 120 and 12v power like a traditional RV with a hybrid RV distribution Panel. Because I Plan on taking this off-grid I will also be Equipping it with a large battery storage with multiple deep cycle batteries serried together. Ideally CC will have 400 watts solar to help charge the batteries off grid.”

Classis Dutch door, curved roof, ledge style wagon.  I hope it works out well for him.

cappy1Sounds like he had a real deadline and I sympathize with his lack of indoor workshop.  He started in an apartment.  Have a look at his Tumblr Blog here.
