I really enjoyed this video. I had a go on a pole lathe a few months ago and it’s not as easy as this chap makes it look.
One question I do have is in a modern world, how do you get to the level where you can engage in this craftsmanship full time? Buildings aren’t cheap. Workshops of this type aren’t too common where I live. So how was the initial wealth to acquire these premises gained?
