Historic Image Today

While I’m back to spending the daylight hours toiling for my regular job, I’ve queued up a few historic images to keep the caravanning dream fresh and alive.  Actually, my job isn’t that bad at all, just occupying the hours when I could be doing some better stuff.

I could never look that cool.
Mr Semple was an icon in the Hippieverse.
People wandering the country side using their skills to earn a living? Wow, this man saw
the future for sure. Huge numbers of people in the tech business are now part of a gig
economy, some move to the job and some just change coffee shops. Health care is going
the same way. I have even heard of some who go to gatherings and fairs to sell trinkets to
the locals. That last part might be a rural wives tale though.
But, NO COFFEE? That is why his ideas never caught on.
This could consume my day but there is a Jeep I must crawl under.

    Thanks George.
